What do I get for $199?
Your place in line for the Cyclon phone, and your $199 counts toward its price. First batch: a Google Pixel 8a with Cyclon OS within 30 days, as part of the closed beta. No subscription required during the beta, and AI usage is included.
Do I pay more later?
Not for the beta. The Google Pixel 8a and closed beta come with your $199. For the Cyclon phone itself, once we release it, yes: we email you its full price and a payment link before it ships, and never charge you automatically. Any taxes are shown before you pay.
What’s the first batch?
The first pre-orders. Everyone in it joins our closed beta and gets a Google Pixel 8a with Cyclon OS within 30 days, to experience Cyclon before everyone else.
When does it ship?
First batch: the Pixel ships within 30 days. The Cyclon phone is expected to ship in Q2 2027. That’s an estimate, and delivery depends on FCC authorization. We email you before it ships, and if it’s delayed, you can wait or get your $199 back.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before your final payment, for a full refund. Email us and we refund you within 7 business days. First-batch details are in the pre-order terms.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we only ship within the US. Join the waitlist for updates.
How Cyclon works
What can Cyclon do?
Tell it what you want done, and it works across your apps and phone features to do it. It can find information in one app and use it in another, send messages, make calls and work in the background.
Does it work with my apps?
Cyclon OS runs most Android apps, and the assistant works inside them using your accounts. Some apps may not run or may limit what the assistant can do, for example some banking, payment and work apps that require a Google-certified phone. Some steps, like identity checks, may still need you.
Can I still use it like a normal phone?
Yes. Ask the assistant to open any app and use it yourself, or have it do the task for you.
Will it act without asking me?
Cyclon follows your instructions, whether you give them in the moment or set them up in advance, and the limits you set for each app. Once you’ve asked for something, it carries it through without stopping at every step, including sending messages or making changes in the apps you’ve left on. On AI phone calls, it says it’s an AI. It can sometimes make mistakes. If you want some apps to be off-limits, you can turn off its access to them.
Can it build apps for me?
Yes. Describe an app or a service you want to connect. Cyclon builds it in a separate cloud sandbox, then adds it to your phone. If it needs an account or API key, it asks you for it.
Your data and AI
Does my data leave the phone?
To do what you ask, Cyclon uses cloud AI, so information your request involves, such as what’s on screen, your messages or your location, is sent to our AI providers. The assistant’s memory is stored on your phone, and relevant parts are sent when needed. In settings, you can limit what goes to AI by type of data and by app.
Will Cyclon keep a copy of my data?
The Cyclon phone is designed to keep your tasks, messages, screen content and the assistant’s memory off our servers. They go to our AI providers to carry out your request, and some providers keep them for a limited time for safety monitoring. We’ll collect limited diagnostics, like crash reports and usage counts, and you can turn them off in settings.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Our AI providers don’t train on your data under their API terms. Some keep it for a limited time for safety monitoring, such as detecting abuse, and then delete it. We’re working toward zero data retention with them, so they wouldn’t store it at all.
Can I keep an app away from the assistant?
Yes. Turn off its access to any app, and it won’t open or act in that app.

Delivery of the Cyclon phone is subject to FCC authorization. By pre-ordering, you agree to the Pre-order Terms, which say who we are and include our full FCC notice.
